I also liked Data mining techniques (DMT) for Sales, marketing and CRM. However, DMT is a good theoretical book and can use quite a bit of restructuring. Whereas, this book covers| ||"This book is derived from a lecture course in data mining for MBA students. … assumes very little in the way of mathematical or statistical background.
